What commission splits do you offer?

Is this a remote or in-office position?

Most positions are hybrid. Agents have flexibility in their schedules but are expected to attend team meetings and be available for client appointments. Our Boca Raton office serves as our home base.

Do you provide leads to agents?

Yes! We invest heavily in digital marketing and lead generation. Qualified leads are distributed based on availability and specialization. However, we also encourage agents to build their own sphere of influence.
